ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION
The planning is done… but what now?
After months or even years of planning and organising your big day is finally here! You arrive at your venue, sit down and take your first sip of champagne… but who is actually organising everything you have planned these past months? Its easy to forget that someone needs to physically organise all what has been planned.
Having me as on-the-day coordination allows you to fully sit back, relax and take in every moment of your big day. From picking up your menus, place names and favours to transporting them to the venue and carefully placing them exactly how you want them in you wedding breakfast room. Laying each individual fan on guests chairs and tying names to chair is the correct order in your ceremony room.
I’ll be there to manage the timeline, liaise with suppliers, oversee setup, and handle any unexpected issues—so you're not fielding phone calls or answering questions on your wedding day. From guest arrival to the last dance, I’m your behind-the-scenes point of contact, making sure every detail goes exactly as envisioned while you focus on celebrating.
